Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Habit Trackd iPhone app, website and related services.

Using Habit Trackd

By creating an account or using Habit Trackd, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13, provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Productivity Tool

Habit Trackd helps organise habits, routines, goals, reminders and progress. It is not medical advice, treatment, an emergency alert service or a safety-critical system. Use an appropriate dedicated service for medication, emergency or safety-critical reminders.

Subscriptions

Habit Trackd offers optional Monthly Pro and Yearly Pro auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Prices, billing periods and local currency are displayed by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app for eligible purchases.

Free And Pro Access

The free plan provides limited access to core Habit Trackd features. Pro unlocks the limits and features described in the app at the time of purchase. We may improve or adjust features while preserving access required by applicable law and Apple’s rules.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the habits, notes, routines, goals and other content you create. You permit Habit Trackd to process that content only as needed to provide, protect and improve the service. Do not upload unlawful content or content that violates another person’s rights.

Calendar Connections And Reminders

Calendar connections and reminders are optional. You are responsible for reviewing events, permissions and reminder settings. Delivery and synchronisation can be affected by device settings, connectivity and third-party services.

Acceptable Use

You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse another account, reverse engineer protected service components, send malicious content or use Habit Trackd for unlawful activity.

Availability And Changes

We work to keep Habit Trackd reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may change to improve security, comply with law, address third-party requirements or develop the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Habit Trackd is provided on an "as available" basis and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by missed reminders, unavailable service, data loss or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending Your Account

You may permanently delete your account from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for serious abuse, security threats or unlawful use.
